You can delete your account yourself within seconds:
If you cannot access the app (lost phone, locked account, etc.), email the request from the address linked to your account:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body: Your registered email and brief identity confirmation (full name).
Your request is processed within 30 days and the outcome is communicated by email.
