Account information: email address and profile details (via Supabase Auth).

Location data: to power the GPS-based audio guide, only when you grant permission.

Usage and analytics data: in-app interactions (PostHog) and error logs (Sentry).

Payment data: payments are processed by Iyzico; your card details are not stored on our servers.

Device and notification data: device token for push notifications (Firebase).

To generate personalized travel itineraries and audio guides.

To process payments and unlock content you purchase.

To improve the service, fix errors and communicate with you.

We use the following services for infrastructure and functionality: Supabase (auth/database), Iyzico (payments), Google Cloud (audio guide generation and maps), Firebase (notifications), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error tracking).

In travel recommendations we may show links from partners such as Booking.com, Agoda, GetYourGuide, 12Go, Airalo and TravelPayouts; when you click them, that site’s privacy policy applies.

We use cookies and local storage to keep your session and remember preferences (language, theme).

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law. To delete your account, contact us.

Under GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK (art. 11) you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing, and data portability.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data; however, no transmission method is 100% secure.

The service is not directed to users under 16; we do not knowingly collect data from them.
